Round-tube barcoded rack system
Every tire is barcoded on intake and placed upright on round-tube racks. Shelf location, plate and tire data can be queried in real time from the ZyTire dashboard — no more searching when the season arrives.
Humidity, heat and light control
Tires are kept in cool, dry conditions away from sunlight and chemicals. Tires left outdoors for long periods can degrade structurally; a controlled environment removes that risk.
DOT, tread depth and condition record
Before storage, every tire is inspected and cleaned; DOT date, tread depth and overall condition are logged. Storage is covered by 24/7 camera security and insurance.

How should tires be stored?
Correct storage requires an upright position, stable temperature, low humidity and protection from light. Poorly stored tires crack and harden prematurely — leading to early replacement and unnecessary cost. Checklas's barcoded rack system delivers all of this at fleet scale, and traceably.
