Round-tube barcoded rack system
Every tire is barcoded on intake and placed upright on round-tube racks. Shelf location, plate and tire data can be queried in real time from the ZyTire dashboard — no more searching when the season arrives.
Humidity, heat and light control
Tires are stored under controlled conditions that protect the rubber from humidity, temperature changes and UV rays. This helps preserve tire life.
DOT, tread depth and condition record
Before storage, every tire is inspected and cleaned; DOT date, tread depth and overall condition are logged. When the season comes round, each tire's history and current condition are clearly tracked. Storage is covered by 24/7 camera security and insurance.

How should tires be stored?
