Tire changes — one standard across 77 provinces

A fleet manager's real challenge isn't changing a tire — it's knowing every one of our 216 service points does it to the same standard, wherever the vehicle is.

Appointment-based operation

Drivers book through the call center, WhatsApp or ZyTire; vehicles don't wait in line and service time is planned in advance.

A defined workflow

Intake → inspection → mounting → balancing → logging → handover. The same steps, in the same order, at every point — the basis of fleet-scale quality consistency.

Balancing included

Balancing isn't billed separately or skipped — it's done on every change. An unbalanced tire wears unevenly and is replaced before its time.

Plate-based records

Which tire went on which vehicle, its DOT date, its tread depth — all logged the moment the work is done. Removed tires are matched to the plate and sent to the tire hotel.

When to replace

The legal minimum is 1.6 mm tread depth; for fleet safety we recommend planning before winter tires drop below 4 mm and summer tires below 3 mm.

One invoice

Whichever of the 216 points across 77 provinces you use, accounting receives a single invoice.
